Cell Biolabs Inc pSMPUW Promoterless Lentiviral Expression Vector, 10 µg
Cell Biolabs' pSMPUW Promoterless Lentiviral Expression Vector allows you to clone a gene along with its optimal promoter up to 9.4 kb (total insert capacity). This vector can be used in conjunction with any second or third generation lentiviral packaging system, but it produces the highest viral titers when used with the ViraSafe™ Lentivirus Packaging System (Ecotropic or Pantropic).
New England Biolabs, Inc. Lambda DNA (dam-) – 1250 µg
Duplex DNA is isolated from bacteriophage lambda (cI857ind 1 Sam 7). The bacteriophage is grown in an E. coli host which is deficient in adenine methylase (dam-). Therefore, those deoxyadenosine positions which are methylated in a wild type E. coli host are not methylated in the dam- host. This DNA gives complete digests with restriction endonucleases that are sensitive to dam methylation. Lambda DNA (dam-) is 48,502 base pairs in length.

This commonly used cloning vector is the double-stranded nicked circular form of ΦX174 - relaxed form. Its molecular weight is 3.5 x10^6 Daltons and it is 5,386 base pairs in length. Greater then 90% of the molecules are RF II, the remainder are RF I (supercoiled) and linear ΦX174 DNA.

M13mp18 is the double-stranded, covalently closed, circular form of DNA derived from bacteriophage M13. This phage vector contains single HindIII, SphI, SbfI, PstI, SalI (AccI/ HincII), XbaI, BamHI, SmaI (XmaI), KpnI (Acc65I), SacI and EcoRI sites within the -Galactosidase gene. When a fragment of DNA is inserted into one of these sites, the -Galactosidase gene is inactivated, providing selection for clones on the appropriate indicator plate.

pSNAPf Vector is a mammalian expression plasmid intended for the cloning and stable or transient expression of SNAP-tag protein fusions in mammalian cells. This plasmid encodes SNAPf, a SNAP-tag protein, which is expressed under control of the CMV promoter. The expression vector has an IRES (internal ribosome entry site) and a neomycin resistance gene downstream of the SNAPf for the efficient selection of stable transfectants. pSNAPf Vector contains two multiple cloning sites to allow cloning of the fusion partner as a fusion to the N- or C-terminus of the SNAPf. The SNAP-tag is a novel tool for protein research, allowing the specific, covalent attachment of virtually any molecule to a protein of interest. The SNAP-tag is a small protein based on mammalian O6-alkylguanine-DNA-alkyltransferase (AGT). SNAP-tag substrates are derivatives of benzyl purines and benzyl pyrimidines. In the labeling reaction, the substituted benzyl group of the substrate is covalently attached to the SNAP-tag.
